Tendercare has recently suffered from the loss of a tremendous leader. It has become a grave concern to all program managers that our current CEO has not been able to lead our agency to strive for success. Our current CEO has not demonstrated knowledge or experience within the field, managerial competencies, respect for those whom work within this company and most of all abuses her title at the expense of the future of Tendercare. In addition our CEO fails to support and empower all staff members that breathe life into this agency. In consequence this is impacting the lives of the individuals of which we serve. Tendercare aims to attain a CEO that is capable of leading our company, overseeing our administration, programs and the strategic plan of the organization as well as contribute to fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. Furthermore, Tendercare seeks to acquire a leader that will adhere to all corporate standards, agency regulations, and professional ethics!
