Replace uncovered blue recycle bins with recycle bins with lids!

  On a windy garbage day, the items in the uncovered recycle bins get blown all over everyone's yard.  In most cases those items are not put back in a recyle bin.  They are put in garbage bags and recycleable items end up in a landfill. 

Here are some of the homeowner's comments pertaining to our neighborhoods on a windy garbage day, "War zone ghetto" or "With all the garbage that ends up blowing into the creeks and fields and parks, I am surprised the village and it's homeowners have let it go on this long.".  And here's a good one...."There is an ordinance in Bolingbrook about no garbage cans on the driveway...not sure why garbage cans are deemed more "ugly" than trash all over the neighborhoods...".

Let's put an end to this 'garbage' and get what our property taxes are paying for!!!
