Florida ends vaccine mandates. Make it promise to use its own money to pay for its inevitable next plague

Florida, a lovely state that is unfortunately run by Republican morons, announced that it will end vaccine mandates for children.  This will allow measels, mumps, rubella, and utter misery to once again run wild throughout the state.

Scientists and public health officials across that globe agree that the move is batshit insane, and will lead to disastrous outbreaks that will cost billions to contain. 

Make them promise NOW that when that happens, these jackasses will pay for it themselves.  No federal disaster funds, no other help, nada.

Why should the rest of us be responsible for their own self-inflicted stupidity?  They're already putting the rest of us at risk, why should we pay?  Enough is enough.
