Elevators down!! so Rent Should go down

For months we as tenants have been experiencing down elevators. Tenants and guests are getting stuck for mins to hours on the elevators and so since last week our elevators has been shut completely down... More than 3 days. We have 7 floors in our building, where u have disabled residents, children and others who rely on the elevators for transport. We the residents are asking for a deduction on our rent until we see an improvement on the elevators and the construction of the transport elevators for all.
