Request Open TLHS Board Meeting

Over the past year the TLHS has taken a direction for the worse. The number of animals in the shelter is far past the maximum capacity.  
Management is not qualified to be managing day to day operations of a shelter and multiple employees. 
For years the board meetings have been private and this has to change.
As the City of Tupelo and Lee County are donating funds the financial books should be open for all to view. This is tax payer money being spent and 
Changes need to be made immediately. A separate advisory board should be appointed to monitor the shelter, the employees, observe the animals being cared for and shown where the funds that are being donated are being spent.
