TX Against Animal Abuse Registry

To the good people of TX, listen up!! There is no one to speak up for our fur friends. We NEED a registry. A registry that will keep vicious people from EVER owning ANY animal again if they are convicted of an animal abuse crime. I, and I know I'm not alone here, am tired of seeing the abuse. These animals deserve loving homes, and nothing less! Please help sign the petition so we can protect our animals better!
