Employees right to bring dog to work

Studies continually show that dogs have a calming impact on their owners and those around them. Dog owners are under more and more pressure to spend ample time with their dog. This in turn creates more issues were people are having to give up their dogs.
I want employers to allow employees the option to bring their dog to work, for at least 30% of their working week.
