Support Massachusetts Bill H.130

Community TV (HCAM in Hopkinton) receives funding from Cable TV revenue. As more subscribers drop cable and subscribe to Internet services, HCAM's funding is decreased. This Bill requires Cable Operators to provide revenue from Internet services in exchange for using the public right of way. This revenue will support Community TV, Municipalities, and the State Government.
