Firework Noise Kills Dogs

I am a 7 year old Shih Tzu name Neo who is absolutely terrified of fireworks to the point it scares me watching his eyes almost pop out of his head in fear. In speaking out about this issue I have come across many stories of pet parents who have lost their fur babies to heart attack and stroke. I want to lobby federal and state officials to establish rules for firework usage in areas with a strong presence of pets and create firework safe zones for neighborhoods.
