Petition for Mediacom to provide service to Malone sub-division Monroe, Iowa

Residents of the Malone sub-division located in Monroe, Iowa immediately south of Hwy 163 at exit 29 have been limited to Windstream as a communications provider.

Windstream has not been an ineffective provider due to:
*Unreliable and intermittent service
*Limited bandwidth - Windstream is only able to provide a maximum of 12 Mbps (4K streaming requires a minimum of 20 Mbps)
*Unsatisfactory customer service (no call/no show appointments, excessive service delays (upwards of 90 days), extreme difficulty to establish service)

The residents of Malone sub-division formally request to have the option to purchase communication services from Mediacom.
