Rick has been an exemplary Town Manager, making huge positive changes, and working tirelessly to bring the wishes of the Mayor and the Town Council into fruition. Some of the council members are wishing to fire Rick, and halt the important forward progress we have been making as a community! Please sign and show the council that you support continued progress, and Rick staying on as the Town Manager!
Here are some of Rick's accomplishments since becoming Town Manager , just 10 short months ago:
- Rejuvenating the public resource of the Plaza
- Bringing the Farmers Market to the Plaza and
- The Free Concert that drew over 3000 people to the Plaza
- Supporting Paseo - the most innovative arts festival in recent history.
- Championing the lights in the trees in the Plaza enjoyed by thousands of locals and visitors
- His leadership has resulted in a revitalized Town Hall staff that is more productive and has higher moral ever before. If you want to verify this - then postpone this and conduct a private blind survey of the town hall staff so that no one will be afraid about losing their job by speaking out in support of Rick
- Resolved the contentious and divisive shoestring annexation issue.
- Resolved the contentious and divisive E911 issue.

The council will be meeting in the next week to try to fire Rick, again...
