Save Pit Bull Lives Support Bill H 3709 in South Carolina

YES! HELP! FINALLY! Thanks to the great work of S.C. Rep. Huggins we have a mandatory spay, neuter, registration of pit bulls bill. We need this passed into law and we need your support to do so! SO MANY of these dogs are being killed everyday because SO MANY are breeding them. The overbreeding of this breed has to stop, they make up over 70 percent of animal shelter populations.
