Charge the ppl who tortured 2 dogs as bait dogs 4 dog fighting

2 beautiful dogs trained to be docile were found starving & ripped up from being used as bait dogs for training in dog fights. This is especially horrible because in dog fighting the "bait" dogs are trained not to fight back so they don't injure the fighting dogs they are trained to sit there as they are being ripped up. This barbaric treatment must stop. We must stop dog fighting. Find the ppl who did this & expose a dog fighting ring. Put them in prison.
