Demand to Allow Shedds and 6ft Fences in Our Caledonia Community

Shedds are not allowed in our Caledonia Community, however alot of these newly 2 car garage homes built by Ryan Homes do not have the Space for 2 vehicles because either a Riding Lawnmower is parked inside. We would like to build Shedds to store Garden tools like a Riding Lawn Mower and personal things. Also we would like for 6 ft fences to be allowed for personal privacy and for homeowners who are dog owners to make it harder for dogs to jump over the fence.
