When I was a child of just 10 and 12 years old, I faced two terrifying attacks by pedophiles. Fortunately, I managed to outsmart them and escape to safety, locking the doors just in time to avoid an even more horrific fate. In March 2022 there was and still is a war in my country, and I prepared knives to end my own life in case many gangsters will manage to reach and attack and invade my city and storm into my apartment as well to torture, rob an drape. I refused to be a victim preferring death than such torture, but I was lucky since army of my country did not allow the goons that call themselves "Second Army in the World" to attack my city. Nobody deserves such fate, none should prepare for suicide as only way to avoid being tortured.  However, even Ukrainian judges gave ridiculous sentences to caught and imprisoned abusers like 12 year old sentences for torture physically and rape attempts and assault , 12 years for ruining lives! IT is crucial to contact judges, lawmakers and THe President. police and military authorities to grant physical castration and severe corporal punishments and forced communal unpaid labour for such war criminals.

But not everyone is as lucky as I was, and many fall victim to heinous acts of violence and abuse. For example. convicted Russian paedophile Vladimir Alekseev was released and given plea deal from prison and went to war with my country making more children orphans and raping them, and when he was granted vocation he lured and raped 11 year old girl Anastasia Jakina from Lower Tagil and murdered her to prevent form being reported to the police and courts. Therefore. stronger steps as physical castration should be taken by law enforcerers and lawmakers, there fore. it is crucial to encourage all governments, judges, police chiefs and officials, including those in Russian Federation, my country Ukraine, all countires in Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East, Arab World, as well as Australia, the USA, Canada to put safety of children and adults above other considerations and create and impelment laws about physical castrations for rapes and apttempted rapes. Attempts to rape once unsuccessful can be carried out when the circumstances will be more favourable for perpetrators, plus the pTSD disorder and fatigue and constipation such for of mental cruelty causes is also very injurious for health. 

Furthermore, laws about compulsory communal work in hospital for rape and assault, human trafficking and torture victims should be accepted to isolate and reeducate people who framed and slandered about false cases of torture and abuse. As a result, such sanctions will give those false accusers opportunities to witness sufferings of real victims and put pressure to care for true victims and survivors.

Additionally, the careful investigations with involvement of skilled psychiatrists to differentiate signs of telling the truth and lying, true anger and devastation, true fear and pretending should be involved, to define who deceived and who was honest. Moreover, it is necessary to unvolve several poligraphs and detectors of lies . especially in cases when narcissist can cunningly deceive one detector of lie or poligraph. Furthermore, it is necessary to involve psychologists who will create and organize test s in considerate and compassionate ways to abused children that will help to comprehend who commited crimes and violated them and who were innocent. Because there are many cases when it is difficult to prove violence,

He spent over an hour villainizing & demonizing this little boy because he reported him at his school for child abuse.

Let me formally introduce myself and let the world know WHO I AM….
My name is "Joniqua" and I am the youngest girl (babygirl) of 6 children. Although I may look innocent in the pictures, my innocence was stolen from me before I knew what "innocence" meant.
I am sure my truth, my story, my perspective may disturb or hurt some family members, friends, and readers.

I have been a victim of abuse since the age of 4 to the age 26. Sexual, physical, verbal, mental, emotional and even financial abuse are all included. My childhood impacted my decision making in the young adult relationships I would form, which prolonged the abuse.
By the age of 8, I was molested by my other older brother. I would wake up to him in my bed….fondling me, groping me….molesting me. Sometimes I would wake up to him standing over me and he would quickly run out of the room giggling and laughing. I recall one day when he urged and convinced my stepbrother to come into the room and molest me as well. They took turns molesting me. I told my mother about this several times, and each time, she aggressively & angrily shut the conversation down by telling me "it was handled." She said it in such a tone to let me know if I kept talking about it, I would be punished. And I was punished because I would not stop confronting her about it. In the end, I blamed myself while my brother and step brother were protected.
By the age of 9, this older brother was allowed to physically abuse me. He would look for any reason to punch me, hit me, push me or fight with me. He never, and I mean NEVER talked to me in the house. I was invisible. He would come into the "girls' room" (the room of my sisters and I) and only speak to my sisters. He never acknowledged my presence, unless he was insulting me, cursing me, and fighting with me. The only time my brother saw me was when he wanted to fight. When we went to school, he did not claim me as his sister and would not speak to me at all. I remember my peers being amazed when they found out that we were brother and sister because he was so cold to me.
I remember my siblings and I were watching a KeKe Palmer movie, "The Longshots." I was so inspired by the character she was portraying. I remember smiling and being all bright eyed every time Keke Palmer graced the screen, and my brother looked over at me and said "you will never be that beautiful in your life." His comment gutted me and stole the joy and hope I was gaining from watching the movie. He said this in front of all of my siblings and none of them said anything. This was normal behavior.
I recall one afternoon my older sister and brother got off the school bus and my mother was not home. So we had to sit outside and wait for 1-2 hours for her to send someone to let us in the house. To this day, I do not know why my brother was so angry, but he commonly liked to take his frustrations from anything and everything out on me, because he could.
He started to bash my father (again). He got in my face, started yelling at me and calling my father a rapist and several other names to trigger me. I started to argue with my brother who was a few years older than me at the time and punched me in my jaw and face several times. To this day, I can still remember how painful and stunning each punch was. I thought I was going to pass out. At one point, I could not feel my face, thinking my face had to be ruined. I remember waiting on my older sister to say something to him but she was getting satisfaction from seeing him punch me. My brother even asked her "do you think I just get another one?" as in "Do you think I should hit her again?" And she said "if she keeps talking, yes." This brother that beat on me and molested me is the father of my niece.
I remember calling my mother to tell her what happened after we got inside the house, and her response was "wait until I get home because neither one of y'all can handle me" sending threats to both of us. Which didn't make any sense. Still doesn't make sense.
There were several days when I had to fight all of my older siblings in one day. My older siblings liked to gang up on me, boss me around and provoke me and if I said anything back to them, they would beat me. They would purposely agitate me and use my reaction to justify their abuse.
One day after I fought 3 of my older siblings, my older brother came into the bathroom where I was cleaning and told me to continue to clean. I responded in frustration and said "what you think I'm doing?" I remember having a lollipop in my mouth. And the second I said that, my brother charged at me grabbing me by the front and back of my neck with both his hands forcing me to choke on the sucker I was eating. I remember spitting out blood and the sucker and gasping for air, feeling like I was about to die. I can still remember the inside and the outside of my throat feeling like it was on fire.
I literally used to ask my mother "why did you have me?" "why did you bring me here?" "why didn't you abort me?" "was I a mistake?"
During my entire childhood, I was told "nobody cares about you" "nobody will want you if something happens to me." "I can just take my husband, my youngest child, move away and leave you behind."
I hated my life. I always wished my teachers, my classmate's parents or my stepmothers were my real mothers.
Bullied at home by my mother & siblings because of my father and then when I would visit my father after my parent's divorce, he abused & neglected me too. My father also abused every woman he dated directly in front of me, including my mother.
I felt like there was no escaping such dysfunction, toxicity and abuse.
I often fantasized about suicide until I would eventually attempt it because I felt that life was meaningless & stupid. I would fall asleep begging God to end my life so I wouldn't wake up the next morning. I would sleep with knives under my pillow and practice slitting my throat. I would take as many pills as I could to OD.
As a child and in my teens through my early 20s, I had abusive friendships & relationships because I picked people that treated me how my family treated me.
My mom would make us (my sisters & I) go into our older brothers' room to clean up their rooms and attic.
If my brother would get in trouble, he would pretend to be suicidal and my mother hold a "family meeting" & make all of us go into his room and hug him.
Mind you….this is the brother that molested me.
But when I showed signs of suicide, like actually stealing pills & taking dozens of them in 24-48 hours & sleeping with knives underneath my pillow and sitting on her front porch staring at nothing, I was told that I am "no victim", called "dramatic" & told to "take my ugly ass inside."
I remember when my gym teacher wrote up the whole class in 9th grade & we had a parent-teacher conference. The teacher blatantly lied on me and she punched me in my chest and slapped me in front of him for defending myself against his lies. And he smirked and he held in his laugh.
And when I had to go back to class, he followed me and laughed & whistled at me the whole walk back. And I cried the whole day at school.

FEBURARY 2023- I left a 3-year relationship where I was sexually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and even financially abused. I can remember him choking me to the point where I passed out. After leaving him, I had to move back in with my family. The same people that beat on me and molested me when I was a child.
MARCH 2023- I lost my first car that I was almost done paying off because I was scammed by a mechanic that I trusted. The week I lost my first car was the week I had paid up my car note for 3 months. The mechanic put a hole in my engine and stole parts from my car.
APRIL 2023- I angrily confronted my mother and my siblings about the way I was abused as child. This led to me becoming homeless. I ended up moving in with a woman that had rats in her walls and ceilings and holes in her floor. BUT I was just happy to be away from the people that hurt me so much as a child. I ended up becoming homeless again because I found out she was secretly practicing witchcraft and trying to convert me from a child of God to a witch, like her.
MAY 2023- I got back with my abusive ex because I did not have anywhere to go. The homeless shelters in Memphis were so packed that there was a waitlist to get on the waitlist. I also felt like it was unfair for me to be homeless when it was me who helped us get the place. I paid bills, and bought everything in the home. I worked two jobs and purchased my second car. The car I have today.
JUNE 2023- I was disowned by almost my entire family because I exposed and confronted my mother, the parents of my niece and everybody living in the house with my niece for neglecting and abusing her. She was malnourished and dehydrated when I picked her up one day. Her hair was severely matted. All of her bones were showing, and she was showing signs of severe depression and suicide ideation. I felt like I was watching my niece die right in front of me. I raised $11,000 from GoFundMe and Cash-app to fight for custody over her.
JULY 2023- As I was taking a bath, my ex asked me for some money. I sent him $300 from a check from my job. But he wanted more, he wanted my niece's money. When I refused to give him more, he attacked me, he put my clothes in bags to throw outside and tried to put me out of the house while I was naked. I called the police, and they arrested me and him. I had to spend a night in jail. Right after that, I lost my job because I had to miss work to go to court for the incident. I also had to give up the custody battle.
SEPTEMBER 2023- I began renting a room from a man I barely knew in Cordova, TN. I paid him over 600 dollars a month. I was always respectful, quiet, and out the way. I never touched any of his belongings, never broke anything, never stole anything. He would leave his kids alone with me at home unannounced and I would watch them and pray over them. I did not know him. So, I avoided him. I only used my room and the bathroom inside of my room. He used to beg me to come out of my room and socialize with him. I would not. I just wanted somewhere to bathe and lay my head. Eventually, he started flirting with me and making passes at me….to which I ignored.
NOVEMBER 2023- He started to bully me. In the cold winters, he would turn the heat off and leave me freezing. He would go into my room without my permission. He would take my clothes out of the dryer and put them on the floor. He would stomp and slam things all around the house to intimidate me. It just kept getting worse and worse. He would bring girls over to the house and have loud sex with them so I could hear them. The girls he would have at the house would pick at me and try to bully me too.
MARCH 2024- I enrolled in school, got another job, and started preparing to move out of his house. I had to keep going to the E.R. for anxiety attacks, severe headaches and chest pains. I begged my mother to let me live with her because I felt like he was about to do something to me before I got away. He was upset that I was finally getting my life back together and I was about to move out. She refused to help me or let me stay with her. And during this time, my mother lived 3 minutes away from me in a 5-bedroom house.
MAY 2024- He drugged me, and I lost my mind. I was eating random food off the ground, shaking, seizing, twitching, talking to myself, hallucinating, and more. My brain was pulsating, my pupils were dialted, and I could not eat or sleep. He poisoned me and I really think he been poisoning me long before I figured it out. He was trying to kill me or end and ruin my life. Because of this, I dropped out of school, lost my job, and had nowhere to live….again. He kept my mattress, my bed, some of my clothes, and all my jewelry.
JUNE 2024- I fled back to my hometown in MS. And instead of helping me, my family judged me, kicked me while I was down, and gossiped about what happened to me. They blamed me for what happened to me. Some of them were happy to see me going through that and felt like I deserved it for exposing what was happening to my niece.
JULY 2024- I moved back to Memphis to live with my God-father. I was sleeping on an air mattress on the floor. Starting all over again.
AUGUST 2024- I got a job.
OCTOBER 2024- I got fired.
Despite all the setbacks and abuse, I still kept my faith and have worked very hard during those 2 years.
In December, I was able to move into my very first apartment, a luxury loft in one of the most beautiful parts of Memphis. And that is her testimony about her goddaughter Peach:"This is my Goddaughter Peaches. I met Peaches in July of 2023 & I have been helping her since.
She's surrounded by people that beat her, curse at her, belittle her, and do drugs (cocaine/pop pills) in front of her.
She suffers from neglect and abuse— from her family members and people in her neighborhood.
Peaches' mother has health problems and mental issues that causes her to have frequent hospital visits & leaves her unable to take care of Peaches.
Peaches often appears neglected, wearing the same clothes, or clothes that are too small, too big, or dirty. Her hair is always matted, and she is left unkempt, making her an easy target for children in the neighborhood.
In August of 2023, she confided in me and told me she was molested by her uncle (father's brother) on her birthday. That same day, I took her to the hospital, got the relative arrested at her birthday party and he sits in prison to this day.
Although I do my best to help Peaches in anyway I can, her life continued to worsen. Peaches has struggled with severe depression, low self-esteem, anger issues, and has even attempted suicide multiple times.
On 06/20/2025, Peaches was playing outside of her home and a gun was pulled on her & aimed in her face by a 7th grader.
On 06/22/2025, 4 children (2 boys & 2 girls) broke into her home, jumped her punching her in the face, head, and stomach & kicked her when she fell on the floor. She ran into her bedroom and a boy came through her window & helped the other 3 children jump her & recorded the entire fight.
During this incident, her mother was screaming & fell. Then, she had to be rushed to the hospital.
This is not the first time Peaches was jumped by several children, but this is the first time they broke into her house.
I cannot stand by & watch Peaches' life continue down this heartbreaking path.
Right now, I have Peaches in my custody and do not feel comfortable allowing her to go back to her mother's house.
I have filed 3 police reports, contacted DCS/CPS, and filed a report with the leasing agent at Peaches' mother's apartment.
This morning, I took Peaches back to her mother's house to collect the rest of her belongings (the undergarments, clothes & shoes I bought her).
When we entered into her room, all of her dressers were pulled out, her window was open, her room was a mess & a lot of her stuff was missing and/or BROKEN. So it appears that after her mother went to the hospital & I took Peaches to my house, they came BACK to her house & ROBBED/VANDALIZED the place.
I had to file ANOTHER police report.
I need help as I've been helping her since 2023 with NO HELP.
Right now, I have full custody of her & there is only so much I can do on my own. She needs a bed, a dresser, a TV, clothes, shoes, a phone, and so much more.

Anger managemnet and conflict resolution is necessary for all people who appeal for marriage or ven organize religious or between family unofficial weddings. People may argue it is interference in private lives, however, safety of future kids and prevetion of child and spousal abuse is priority, safety and health should be put abiove considerations about privacy. And such test and trainings are needed in my country Ukraine as well. Since some lawmakers want to introduce marraige age as 14 if a girl is pregnant or gave birth to a child. Thta is another issue, sinice it may encourage rapists to seek avoidance of accountability this way, plus endagners further spousal and child abuse. IN addition, that can reuslt in chidl abuse nd neglect of kids of very young mother, as happened in Dniper, when 17 year old mothr ignored needs of 2 year old toddler and newborn baby and they were uncared and malnourished. She got pregant at 14 with first kid and started living together with unofficla spouse. Father of teh child, and could npt handle responsibilities and took her stress on kids.According to medical investigations, human brain become fully developed not at 14, but at 21, when parts of brains responsible for controlling impulses and decision making, evaluating risks get fully developed at this phase of life, not earlier.

Additonally, it is crucial to urge all courts, police staion, mayors of all cities, towns and villages of Ukraine, and The President and the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine to grant life imprisonments to those who severely injured children on purpose without necessiy to protect themselves or others, for civilan rapists an dthose who attempted to rape. For human traffickings and pipms who forced into labour and prostitution, evn though it culd be victims' families, relatives, spouses. As a mother, my heart is broken. My daughter zoë was physically assaulted at school today by another student after she asked politely in gym class if she could play with them . one of the male student chased her down & violently pulled her entire braid from her scalp after being told to do so by a female student .

Xuyen and her daughter are rising above their shared trauma and thriving with Blue Dragon beside them.
When Xuyen was 16, she was trafficked out of Vietnam and sold into a forced "marriage." After nine years, she bravely escaped and made her way home by herself in 2016.
But Xuyen and Ly, her young daughter who she gave birth to while trapped in the forced marriage, had nothing to come back to – no home, no possessions and no money to start over.
Xuyen was able to build a small house when her grandmother gave her a piece of land, but there was little she could do to give Ly a better life.
"I was trafficked when I was so young," she shares. "Now I'm back, all I wish is for my child to live and study like other children."
When Blue Dragon learned about Xuyen's situation last year, her family's life began to change. We provided them with all-round support, including food, daily necessities and psychological counselling before getting Ly into school.
Now a decade since Xuyen made it home, Ly has grown into a teenager. She loves studying, and recently asked if she could join an extra class run by Blue Dragon. In this weekly session, teens can learn how to protect themselves against human trafficking while gaining social and leadership skills.
"I really enjoy listening to the talks at school," shares Ly. "When I heard the teachers talk about the club, I wanted so much to join!"
