Prosecute Child Sex Offendors as a Federal Crime

I am asking people to urge President Barack Obama to have child sex crimes prosecuted at the Federal Level. Every day child sexual predators create a new victim and all they have to do is leave the county or state where the offense occures the the policeman's hands are tied up in jurisdictional nightmares. Ask our President to finally put America's children first and take a bold step in how these crimes are punished. Until we update our laws that have let these predators walk time and time again nothing will ever change. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness should begin at birth, these are our rights in the constitution. Predators are become more organized in there crimes and the laws need to be changed how they are prosecuted. Demand that the punishment fit the crime, once and for all.
