We want our school district (Val Verde unified school district)to give our summer camp (band camp) back due to the recent changes by the government allowing schools and other big businesses/companies to be open again I feel like band and other activities should be allowed to have a camp this summer and with yes of course some modifications. On be half of the band program, we love this summer camp "band camp" we learn fundamentals about leadership, musicianship and responsibilities and many more important characteristics. All we ask is for this camp. Personally I was devastated on hearing about the camp being canceled. I love this music program a lot and I love the marching arts a lot also. So is there anything you guys can do to bring the summer camps back and the sports? I'm not just speaking for us I'm speaking for everyone who's losing most of there summer to the restriction from the government stay safe and healthy. Thank you for listening.
