Disband Homeowners association......stop the fees and over enforcement and restrictions

Multiple community members have mentioned their concern about the associations abuse of over restrictions within the community. With the high fees, due the month after Christmas, we can put our finances to use in better ways. Since the Settlement of Pataskala is now an established community, we feel that the need for an HOA is no longer necessary.
