Hold Wood Smoke Bullies Liable

Wood smoke from new neighbor caused all types of illness in my household. Just found out the hard way that Wood Smoke Bullies have more rights than the victims that they impact.
The DEP should accept complaints because local BOH's treat nuisance complaints about wood smoke as if the complainer is the nuisance. If health is involved, and a non smoking bronchial healthy household starts developing all the smoke symtoms when the neighbor starts burning, the DEP should be able to shut it down with a doctor's note and a look at the situation. We are dying out here.
