Enforce Laws for Speed Limits in Rural Areas

People should sign this because I personally have lost multiple pets to drivers who were going at least 10mph faster than the speed limit of 35mph. i have also seen different wildlife: mice/rats, doves, opposums, that had also gotten hit by cars. Also, when my cat got hit by someone, they never even stopped, like they were supposed to.
