Tell VALVe (STEAM) to fix problems or provide customer refunds

Many people have spent hundreds of dollars, or more, on games through steam. Recently there was software update that has made it impossible for many people to play any games through steam. After a long and fruitless wait for customer support, I have decide to start a petition for VALVe corporation to either fix the issue or provide refunds to all affected parties. This company has promised services and products but is either unwilling or unable to provide what has been promised. If you are facing similar circumstances, please sign this petition so VALVe knows we, as a gaming community, are not to be ignored.
