This law is based upon discrimination against religion.
It is unconstitutional and we now have a supreme court that is mostly right leaning.
Right leaning legislative bodies mostly disagree with the constitution or tend to favor against its true meanings. Ie separation of church and state, freedom to marry, freedom of religion, non-discrimination etc...
