Phuket Zoo a place of misery and neglect.

Cruelty to animals in cases of neglect,mental and physical abuse to animals,starvation to cause death,filthy living conditions and confined areas and just disgusting.You only have to look at tourist reviews on Trip advisor,this is a privately owned zoo which must be closed down and then the animal rescue centres can save these poor animals.They are forced to perform for tourists and drugged to be photographed with them,i witnessed a tiger being beaten and the conditions of the cages and animals was very distressing.It all comes down to awareness and spreading the word.Do not visit this zoo and contribute to this abuse,if the tourists stop the money will stop and only then can they be saved.
