Dear Egyptian government officials,
The thought of losing one of the great wonders saddens me. It would sadden many if we were to lose the Pyramids or the Sphinx. These landmarks are a big part of the whole planets history. Please help us to protect their future for OUR future! The tourism these landmarks bring to Egypt is what helps support the economy of Egypt. I couldn't imagine my children or grandchildren having the enthusiasm towards the Egyptian country without those landmarks. Please don't allow a religion to tear apart such wonderful and amazing history. Not to mention the ancestors of presents descendants that may have watched them arise in the first place. I wouldn't wish to think that my ancestors might have put a lot of effort somehow into the landmarks only for me to watch them crumble to the ground. Please don't destroy the history, our history and the world’s history.
