Maximum sentences for officers involved in Cammie (bulldog) shooting

Americans should sign this because animal welfare is just as important as child welfare, for many Americans their animals are their children.  It was extremely disturbing and unnecessary to observe this dog waggy its tail as the officer shot it in the head. The animal was totally subdued and this is cruelty with intent and should get a maximum sentence.  I feel it is so disturbing that it needs to be taken of you tube.  Police officers are suppose to uphold the law someone to protect us than means animals as well.  What is this saying to our young Americans.  Who can we trust in society anymore. Set an example stop the corruption of the law.
