Ask President Obama to impose higher penalty's for animal cruelty!!

Animal cruelty is a cowardly, evil, cruel crime that must have stricter laws to enforce the protection of all animals. The laws that are now in place are Misdemeanor's, and fines! Hardly ever any jail time! This awful, inhumane crime of all calibers must have jail time for even first time offenders! If they can hurt an innocent animal, they can also hurt a child, or other people to. We need to stand up for our precious animals that cannot speak up for themselves! Animals have feelings and emotions, they feel pain, fear, and love. They deserve to feel only love! They are our babies, our four pawed kids! All animals need to be protected and we need to take this right to the top, to the president who is a dog lover himself, hence the first dog! PLEASE stand with me to fight for the innocent victims of evil!!! Zero tolerance for animal abusers and animal murderers! Let's make animal cruelty a awful part of the past!!! Thank you!!
