A Dog Was Shot in the Face and Left Bleeding. Justice for Wallace!

Authorities found an innocent dog in St. Louis, named Wallace, who was found bleeding, cowering, and in visible pain after being shot in the face. Blood ran down his muzzle. His lower lip was swollen and torn. Shell casings were recovered nearby. Yet despite the severe injury, sweet Wallace still wagged his tail.

Sign now to demand a full investigation to find who shot Wallace and hold them accountable for this cruelty.

Police officers who responded described the scene as heartbreaking. Wallace was bleeding heavily and visibly frightened, yet gentle and submissive. He showed no signs of aggression. He appeared to be a stray the neighborhood recognized, with no history of causing problems, no microchip, and no way to trace where he came from. Someone chose to shoot him anyway.

In Wallace's case, the damage to his mouth is severe enough that he will require ongoing medical treatment before he can ever be adopted.

Animal abuse like this doesn't happen in a vacuum. It is a felony crime, a warning sign of extreme violence, and a threat to public safety. If this person is not found, there is nothing stopping them from hurting another animal, or worse.
