DRAIN THE SWAMP BY ABOLISHING "STATE SECRETS PRIVILEGE" WITH AN ACT OF CONGRESS

The deep state operates by preventing any discoveries of its illegal activities under the claim of the "State Secrets Privilege", something that came from English Royalty 500 years ago, and where we have no laws creating such a privilege, but only executive action and judicial approval. We need an act of Congress to abolish state secret privilege as it has been abused since 1947 and used to destroy our country through illegal surveillance, torture programs and the military industrial complex.
