Don’t Let Them Cut Down Our Redwoods

They are thinking about cutting down our beautiful trees that are located in between Redwood Acres, Redwood Fields and Winship School (located in the Cutten area of Eureka) to make room for more housing.
There are so many benefits of our trees, including but not limited to:
- Combating climate change
- Cleaning the air we breathe
- Providing oxygen
- Helping to Conserve Energy
- Helps cool the weather and streets in the hot summer months by providing shade therefore conserving water.
- They helps prevent water pollution and soil erosion.
- They have many healing properties and reduce mental fatigue.
- They provide a home and natural habitat for our wildlife.
