He is abusing his position, employees that has seniority, he gives them shifts that are hard for them to do, which forces them to call out, to get them to retire early or quit,he is taking gifts from female co workers so they can get more shifts, he ask co workers for cigarettes and if they refuse he give them one or two days on the schedule.
