We demand that the Town of Charlestown and the State of Rhode Island (*no plantations*) immediately dismiss with prejudice all pending charges against Irving "Rocky" Johnson, Corey Johnson, and Damion Everett.

Charlestown police entered Tribal lands and arrested these three members of the Narragansett Indian Tribe to stop them from participating in a meeting of the Tribal body. Charlestown and then the State insist on prosecuting Rocky, Corey and Damien for trying to attend a meeting they had every right to attend - intervening and choosing sides in an internal Tribal dispute that is none of Charlestown's or the State's business! By targeting tribal activists and shutting down any chance to resolve the issues internally, the Town of Charlestown and State of Rhode Island have interfered with internal matters and attacked a sovereign Indian nation's right to self-governance
