Remove Dave Mathews from Office of Mayor

He has had too many years in the local government with material weaknesses and non compliance State audits . He has continued to ignored the State laws in taking financial advances from other departments intended for their use only. Mathew has not promoted the village and has turned away at least two businesses trying to move into the area, and stopped activities benefiting the village.
