One of the early Condors released in California was recently found dead due to lead poisoning. Condors, Turkey Vultures and Black Vultures provide a valuable service in eating dead animals.  Other animals and birds (Corvids,raptors, owls) may eat dead animals if they are unable to find.live prey to feed their young or themselves


The millions of dollars made by the manufacturers in this country could remove the lead and still make a profit  . As it is, 47 of our 50 states sell ammo to anyone - only 3 require permits.
