Stop Puppy Mills in our communities

Buildings are being bought and transformed into Puppy Mills. We need stricter rules and enforcement to hold these people accountable. These establishments are notorious for subjecting animals to terrible cruelty, abuse and neglect. We must make sure there are no puppy mills in our communities!
