Stop using fresh water for SF street cleaning

The United States is in a very severe drought that is drying out our water resources! We need to start conserving water in as many ways as possible. If the street cleaners in San Francisco use "grey' water or used water to clean our streets we will save about 4 million gallons of our fresh Hetch Hetchy drinking water!
