pen a new college...for vaterinairians training and degree

Oue city, edmonton is the capital of alberta. We house the most colleges and universities pretty much Canada wide. But...We have no real college for those who like me, practice veterinarian medicine, and hopefully, with your help, we can change that. in Canada there is only three colleges/university's to speak of. some colleges have online courses, i know. i passed my veterinarian assistant degree, but am told online courses are useless. so now, angry yes, but very persistant to make my dream a reality. so if you can see and help in my dilemma, plaese sign. thank you for your time
