Tell Congress to Pass the "Junk Fees Protection Act" and Help End Ridiculous Fees

During his State of the Union address, President Biden decried the explosion of "junk fees" and called on Congress to pass the Junk Fees Prevention Act. The Act would limit extra fees and and surcharges from travel and entertainment companies, such as early termination fees from cable & internet providers, and service fees often added on top for concerts and sports events.

Please join us in calling on Congress to do this as soon as possible.

These fees have become far more common in the last few years, and are used to mask the true price (such as when hotels advertise a price for a room, and then add a "resort fee" at the end). It may sound like something small, but these fees add up quickly, and place a real burden on working class families.

Americans hate these fees, and Biden's proposal has bipartisan support. And Congress should act as soon as possible.
