Demand to Restore the Bench System

We are tenants/renters at Palomino Park, Red Canyon, Blue Mesa, Green River

We direct your attention to the following problem and ask that prompt action be taken to correct it.
1. Valet Living Pickup. This new system is not working for any of us. This is supposed to support an easy living lifestyle. Most of us work and are not available to either put out the trash or take it in at the times provided. We were very happy with the Bench system. The trash cans provided are way too small. We have wild animal issues and this new trash system invites more mice, raccoons, rabbits, and squirrels.

We would like to meet with you to discuss these issues. A weekday evening in the Clubhouse common room might work best. We look forward to talking with you and working out a solution to these concerns.
