New Registered skate park

The petition for a new registered skate park is a great way to improve youth health, as well as limit youth crime and or drug/alcohol abuse by using my idea, that. the said new skate park be registered with the police department and have a requirement of $10 dollars a year to enter as well as being registered with the police department. Thus if one is caught for a crime, the pass to the said skate park is revoked for an amount of time.
This idea will bring in money to pay for a better and wanted skate park, thus youth will be more attracted to the park, and the requirement for being registered will influence teens to not commit crimes in order to continue to skate at the said skate park, and will also keep the park clean and safe for those who are not committing crimes.
