Protect rapist victims and their family

Rapist victims suffer a lot of challenges with their health a times the rapist are contacted with virus disease of any kind which make them do that......
Researchers on Human Right shows in African continent and other part of the Asian continent most of the rapist go unharmed and the government do nothing about it.
I their call on government especially United Nation Organization to do more about it. By doing so the government will help in disease spread control, I will also call upon the victims that government will do more than good to attend to their problems.
