Eliminate mail in voting

The obvious fraud and mistakes that occurred in recent state and national elections from mail in votes has to stop. Dead people, people with multiple votes, people whose votes were changed or not counted and so on. The only way that can happen is to only have in person voting with valid ID required. Absentee ballots will be allowed for military overseas and those that work abroad.
