Requesting Employers to Offer Mental Health Days in the Workplace

I am going to be working hard in the Kansas City Area (to start with) in advocating that employers give employees mental health days. These will be days that are totally separate than any other "days off" that can be requested. I am going to try and partner with employers program "EAP" = The Employee Assistance Program to see if this can be something to integrate into that program.
