California: Stop Mismanaging Water and Protect Fish From Extinction

California's native fish species -- salmon, delta smelt and steelhead -- are on the brink of "a major extinction event." They are the hidden victims of California's ongoing drought crisis.

The fish are in hot water for two main reasons: warming water and poor water management. The State can do a better job managing its water right now by NOT relaxing water flow to industries like urban and agriculture. The animal agriculture industry is hogging limited water resources from fish

Should entire species of fish go extinct for a cheeseburger? Because that's what will happen, in two years or less, if the State continues to mismanage water.

The State Water Resources Control Board needs to be in hot water for actively relaxing water flow to industries, like agriculture. Please sign and share this petition urging the Board to better manage water resources and protect native fish species before a major extinction event.
