Children are being physically and sexually abused and sometimes even murdered by their parents, step parents, relatives and even non family members.

Child social workers are not enough anymore neither is sending the offender to jail.The child will always be mentally damaged.

The system needs a new change home inspections need to be when least expected more follow ups when a complaint is heard. A young adult that the child can actually trust to tell what occurred instead of being afraid to speak.
