Objection to land use change at 317 Sherman Avenue

We, the citizens neighboring the proposed land use change at Sherman Avenue object to the proposed rezoning.  After devasting denuding of our area during hurricane Michael, we wish to save the few natural lots remaining.  We do not want to clear and develop this lot for up to six workforce housing units. City owned property only two block away is left in disrepair: see photo.
