Petition to postpone sheriff sale

I, Rene’ Allison Shafer am in the process of getting the deed for the property located at 355 S. Allegheny St Bellefonte, PA 16823 our of my deceased husband name and in to mine so that I may apply for a mortgage modification. Due to some unexpected circumstances my previous counsel removed them selfs stating this deed modification was out of their ability. I have since found new counsel and I am requesting a stay on the sheriff sale until the end of January 2019 so that I will have time to get the deed in my name and apply for the Mortgage modification which I currently cannot do without my name on the deed of the property
