Stop Belo Monte Dam

The Belo Monte Dam is a massive dam that is currently being built in the Rainforest of Brazil. A massive amount of land is going to be flooded in order to create this dam. Not only is the dam not going to be that efficient but it is going to cause massive co2 emissions and destrution of virgin rainforest. It is also going to negativly effect rainforest tribes and the river they depend on. It is also going to bring in a flood of people, crime, logging and general environmental destruction.
