Stop and ban Live Animal Circus from setting up shop in Texas

Circus that do live shows featuring live animals are not safe for the public or the animals well being as they mistreat the animals behind the scenes and don't allow the animals to rome freely as do in the wild and zoos and don't give them any enrichment to entertain themselves of bordum and go mad and as the saying gos the Show must go on even if the animal isn't felling up to it and if anyone looks up online cn find many story's of circus animals escaping and causing chaos and inuring themselves and the public and Texas needs to fallow many other country's and citys and states in banning or making stronger laws against Circus since Texas has vary lack or no laws at all when it comes to these type of things
