Bring GCCF judge back

Judge mark pearman has been suspended from GCCF for 3 months due to late show reports due to personal issues. He tried to appeal but GCCF spent money, members money on a barrister to cover themselves. GCCF don't act upon genuine animal welfare reports or registry reports but do act and waste money on ridiculous issues such as this
