Demand special needs options on car rental websites for the physically challenged clients!!

I discovered a major issue with rental car companies. They do not have an option on their websites to select hand controls for customers with physical disabilities when making a reservation online. It was a huge problem when I made a reservation online back in September for Thanksgiving weekend. As soon as I made the reservation online, I called them to make sure they notated that I needed hand controls. I was told it was all set. Long story short, it came to the day I was to pick up the car and the car did not have hand controls. This could happen to anyone who is disabled. And, even if you aren't disabled right now, you very well could be tomorrow, next week or next year. And, if you are travelling expecting to pick up a rental car thinking it is equipped with the necessary equipment and it is not, then you are totally screwed!! And, this could easily happen to anyone. Because even if you are not disabled today, you easily could be disabled tomorrow.
